Competitions Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is: Spice Retail LTD Ltd whose registered office is at Spice Home & Garden, Unit 5, WFC Retail Park, The Avenue, Gorey, Co Wexford.
  2. The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over except employees of Spice Retail LTD and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  5. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    1. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or TikTok.
    2. Closing date for entry will be 19th December at 9am. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
    3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
    4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
    5. Spice Retail LTD will judge the competition and decide on the winner each week, which will be picked at random from all complete entries via our social media channels.
    6. Spice Retail LTD‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
    7. Winners will be chosen: at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
    8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
    9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  6. Spice Retail LTD shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  7. Spice Retail LTD also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  8. The promoter will take the winner’s name and announce it on their social media channels – no profile pictures or identifying factors will be used when announcing the winner. 
  9. The winner will be announced on our official Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok pages no later than 28 days of the closing date. It is then up to the winner to get in contact to claim their prize. Please beware of imitators, we will never message you privately or ask you to click on a link to claim your prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
  10. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
  11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  13. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok or any other Social Network
