Standard Items (Orders Under €100)
For any orders under €100, there is €10.00 Flat Fee Delivery Charge
Standard Items (Orders of €100 or more)
For any orders of €100 or more, you get free delivery nationwide
Larger/Bulky Items
Most of our online orders are delivered with DPD, although large items such as Garden Furniture, BBQ's etc. are delivered with our alternative courier company.

Track Your Order with DPD
Once your order has been dispatched and you've received your tracking ID, you can track your item using the button below.
The delivery charges for all online purchases are as follows:
- Delivery charge of ‘Standard items’ nationwide is only €10 (multiple Standard items are allowed for this price) with FREE Delivery for orders over €100. The items will be dispatched from our Online Store and delivered by DPD Parcel Service. You will receive an email with your DPD tracking number and a link to follow same.
- Large Items and Bulky Items are sent with our alternative courier company.
- We normally expect your order to be delivered within 2-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday.
- Please note: Delivery date may be affected by stock availability and location of delivery or in the current circumstances Covid restrictions; however a member of staff will be in contact in such a situation. We regret at present we cannot deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Our staff physically checks all goods prior to dispatch from our Online Store.
- A valid signature from your household will be required by a person 18 years or older. You will then become the owner of the items and Spice Retail Ltd will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
- Any Damages/Breakages must be reported to our online store within 24 hours of delivery.
- Any deliveries made by DPD do not include the facility to return any old electrical item.
- Old WEEE electrical items can be returned to your local recycling centre.
