Track Your Order

Most of our online orders are delivered with DPD.

(Larger items such as garden furniture and BBQs are delivered with our alternative courier company.)

Parcels that are delivered with DPD send an automated email containing your tracking id to the email address you provided with your order once the DPD consignment has been created with us here at Spice Retail.

You can then use this tracking id to track your order through DPD’s online order tracking system.

With real time tracking and scan visibility, you know where your parcel is at every stage of the delivery journey with interactive messaging from DPD to all Spice Home & Garden customers,  telling them when their parcel will arrive, giving them peace of mind and flexibility.

Track your order by clicking on the green button below which will take you to the DPD website. 

There you can enter your Parcel Tracking Number (which you will find in your Order Completed Email from Spice Home & Garden) to see where parcel is.
